License Grant
Bahamian Licensor hereby grants to Licensee during the Term the exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-divisible right and license, to utilize the Licensed Property solely within the Territory and solely in connection with the manufacture, advertising, promotion, sale, offering for sale, and distribution of the Exclusive Licensed Products and in connection with the Licensed Services.
