The Licensee has a license agreement with the Licensor, under which the Licensee has a nonexclusive license to use selected trademarks, names, service marks and logos of Mrs. Fields in connection with book and television series projects.

Mrs. Fields is one of the largest retailers in the premium snack-food industry, with cookies and pretzels as its major product lines. Based on numbers of units, Mrs. Fields is the largest retailer of baked on-premises cookies and the second largest retailer of baked on-premises pretzels in the United States. Mrs. Fields is one of the most widely recognized and respected brand names in the premium cookie industry. Mrs. Fields has recently developed a significant presence in the rapidly growing, health-oriented pretzel market.

License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee the non-exclusive, non-assignable right and license to use the Trademarks in Krispy Kreme’s corporate name and in connection with the manufacture, packaging, sale, marketing, and distribution of the Licensed Products within the Territory.

Field of Use

Licensee desires to acquire the right to use the Trademarks: (i) at all of its retail locations; (ii) at the locations in which it distributes the Licensed Products; (iii) as part of its corporate name; and (iv) in connection with its business of manufacturing, packaging, selling, marketing, and distributing the Licensed Products under the Trademarks in the Territory, and to franchise or sub-license the right to do the same to franchisees, sublicensees, affiliates and subsidiaries of Licensee.  

Licensed Products shall mean all services and products of Licensee delivered under the Trademarks, including but not limited to fresh and frozen doughnuts, fried pies, honeybuns, bagels, muffins, sweet rolls, all products sold at Licensee retail locations and such other products as the parties shall agree from time to time.

License Grant

The Mexican Licensor hereby announces that, as part of a plan to introduce an efficient and market-aligned mechanism for licensing its trademarks, it has reached an Agreement with the Mexican Licensee in connection with the trademark MASECA®.  

The Licensor has granted the Licensee the License to exclusively use the trademark MASECA® in Mexico.

With leading brands in most of its markets, the Licensor has operations in the United States, Mexico, Central America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

The rights granted apply to food industry.

The Mark means the PILLSBURY trademark, together with the associated logos, trade dress and package appearance.
Licensor was a former American flour miller and food products manufacturer.

The Licensed Product or Products mean Dark Brown Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Superfine Sugar, and Cube Sugar.
