Field of Use
“LICENSED FIELD-OF-USE†means the following applications or markets all applications and markets without limitation (“UNRESTRICTEDâ€) for the first five (5) years after EFFECTIVE DATE, and thereafter if LICENSEE SELLS LICENSED PRODUCT for use in non-military applications within five years after EFFECTIVE DATE, the LICENSED FIELD-OF-USE remains UNRESTRICTED, otherwise LICENSED FIELD-OF-USE is military applications and markets.
