License Grant
The Singapore Licensor has agreed to grant to Licensee, the exclusive right to sell and supply the Product directly to Customers upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. With this agreement, the Licensor received stock of the Licensee.
The Licensee entered into a Reseller Agreement with the Licensor, pursuant to which the Licensor Licensed its proprietary Universal Communication System to the Licensee as the exclusive reseller of the USC in the United States.

The UCS provides the user with the convenience of having multiple modes of communication in the same place, which is especially useful in a work setting as it is important to archive all modes of communication (i.e., voice mails, sms, emails) and not just email alone. The USC has the ability to forward voice mails to colleagues so they can react to the voice mails.

Licensee is in the business of developing and manufacturing products and providing services in the Internet, enterprise networking, and communications markets.
