License Grant
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import Products in the Territory under the Patent Rights.
License Property
Patent Rights means United States Patent No. 4,769,013 and foreign patents and patent applications based thereon or claiming priority from U.S. patent application # 416,906 filed 9/13/82 and further including but not limited to Canadian Patent No. 1,212,321, German Patent No. 3,379,573.8-08/EP, European Patent No. 119,248 and Japanese Patent No. 1,810,017 and any division, continuation, continuation-in-part, patent of addition, extension, substitution, confirmation, reexamination or reissue of said patents and applications.

An anti-bacterial or bio-effecting medical material which may also have anti-fungal activity, comprises (1) a polyurethane complexed with polyvinylpyrrolidone, and (2) an anti-bacterial agent (which may also have anti-fungal activity) complexed with the polyvinylpyrrolidone. The material is used per se, such as in the form of a foam, and as a coating for medical devices such as, for example, catheters and wound drainage tubes.

License Grant
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a revertible exclusive license (even to the exclusion of Licensor) to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import Products in the Territory under certain Patent Rights limited to any new patents granted to Licensor for radiopaque polymer coatings and the Know-How required in Licensor's discretion, to practice these certain Patent Rights licensed hereunder.
