The basic steps in the process are (a) crushing of ore, (b) mixing ore with solvent, and (c) then separating solids from liquids, wherein the solid stream is dried to produce sand and the liquid stream is heated to recover all or a fraction of the solvent and other chemicals (if any) for reuse, thereby producing a bitumen product. Each Oil Sands Plant shall be considered singular, whether one or multiple trains, so long the facilities, equipment and trains are contained within one (1) mile of each other or on a single oil sands deposit and under a single oil, gas or minerals estate, agreement or lease.

Licensed Product means (a) all forms of Crude Oil, Petroleum, or other hydrocarbon products extracted or produced from tar sands, oil sands, gilsonite and oil shale, and (b) all commercially salable sand or silica products that may be produced at or in an Oil Sands Plant by a device(s), process(es) or other means covered by a Valid Claim.

Crude Oil means A mixture of hydrocarbons that exists in liquid phase in natural underground reservoirs and remains liquid at atmospheric pressure after passing through surface separating facilities. Depending upon the characteristics of the crude stream, it may also include
1. Small amounts of hydrocarbons that exist in gaseous phase in natural underground reservoirs but are liquid at atmospheric pressure after being recovered from oil well (casing head) gas in lease separators and are subsequently comingled with the crude stream without being separately measured. Lease condensate recovered as a liquid from natural gas wells in lease or field separation facilities and later mixed into the crude stream is also included; 2. Small amounts of nonhydrocarbons produced with the oil, such as sulfur and various metals; 3. Drip gases, and liquid hydrocarbons produced from tar sands, oil sands, gilsonite, and oil shale.

Petroleum Products means oil or hydrocarbon products obtained from the processing of Crude Oil (including lease condensate), natural gas, and other hydrocarbon compounds and include unfinished oils, liquefied petroleum gases, pentanes plus, aviation gasoline, motor gasoline, naphtha-type jet fuel, kerosene-type jet fuel, kerosene, distillate fuel oil, residual fuel oil, petrochemical feedstocks, special naphthas, lubricants, waxes, petroleum coke, asphalt, road oil, still gas, and miscellaneous products.

Petroleum means a broadly defined class of liquid hydrocarbon mixtures, including crude oil, lease condensate, unfinished oils, refined products obtained from the processing of Crude Oil and natural gas plant liquids.

Twin Reactor Pyrolysis Converting System (GETH Process)
Process description over view
The tires and plastic to oil process is composed of a combination of three processes that have been placed in line so that they operate as one complete system. These processes will be further described throughout the narrative. The first system is the Pyrolysis Induction system. This converts tire and plastic feedstock into sweet crude oil. The second system is what is called a secondary distillation process. This equipment is directly hooked up to the Pyrolysis converter and flows oil into a secondary reactor, then through the distillation process to further refine the oil. This is accomplished by running the oil through a secondary heat signature. The last piece of equipment is the Catalyst filtration system. The oil is directly hooked up to this system; the oil is re-heated to 500 deg F and is then processed through a catalyst media that removes any residual organic chloride. From here the oil is moved into the finished product storage vessels.

Pyrolysis System
Equipment Description
The Twin Reactor system consists of two rotational reactor chambers that are operated via an Electrical Heated Induction process. Each reactor is operated independently. The system is controlled by a semi-computerized process controller that monitors heat at three different zones on the reactor. As the feed stock material temperature rises it turns into a vaporous gas, which in turn moves through a separation chamber. At the separation chamber there are four specific activities that take place. The first stage of feed stock vaporization. This takes place around 700 deg F. Oil that is heavier than air is released to a contained reservoir that stores the heavy oil; the second stage “light oil” is fully vaporized and is moved to the condensing vessels where it turns into light sweet crude oil. The third and last by product that is emitted from the separator is carbon black that is released through a valve gate at the bottom of the separator. The carbon black goes into a contained storage vessel, which is sealed so that the carbon black is fully captured without it becoming air borne. Once the gases are fully vaporized and condensed into oil it is move onto the main storage vessel. The last by product is residual gases that are processed through a filtration process to clean in residual carbon; the gas is then compressed into LPG storage vessels.The entire process is a closed loop system that contains and processes vapor’s and gases throughout the entire process. At no time are there any gases or vapors emitted into the atmosphere. The reactor chamber hatch is closed and sealed throughout the entire process cycle; it is only opened once all of the vapors and gases have been evacuated from the reactor chamber. There is a main check valve in place between the reactor and the separator that prevents any gases or vapors from flowing back into the reactor chamber. All the by-products are separated into their own specific storage vessels until they are shipped. All products will be shipped by certified transporters. The transporters have all the necessary pumps and valve systems to eliminate any vapors or emissions from being released into the atmosphere during tanker loading process.

Licensor grants to Belgian Licensee a limited, exclusive, non-transferable license and right to market and use the Licensed Technology, including related Improvements and Inventions, to

(1) Market Reactor Skid Units that are (1) operated by Site Users for the sole purpose of producing and/or processing Vegetable Oils, including without limitation aiding in or facilitating the production of degummed vegetable oils, either as standalone units or in connection with the operation of Vegetable Oil Processing Facilities, or in connection with other processes involving or relating to Vegetable Oils, and (2) located within the Licensed Territory.

(2) Include or incorporate the System into Licensee’s process design packages for Vegetable Oil Processing Facilities for the purpose of integrating Reactor Skid Units into or part of Vegetable Oil Processing Facilities or any process or processing equipment comprising a part thereof; will be installed and operated within the Licensed Territory for the sole purpose of making or aiding in the production of oils (triglycerides), including without limitation the production of degummed vegetable oils, either as standalone Units or in connection with or as part of any vegetable oil refining facility or other oils processes.

(3) Assist Site Users in the inspection, installation, testing, startup, operation and maintenance of each Reactor Skid Unit under the terms of this Agreement and each Site User License.

License Property
Licensor has developed and owns the Green D Plus Nano Cavitation Reactor Skid System, a proprietary nano-cavitation system comprised of equipment manufactured to Licensor’s specifications and related proprietary technology and software used in the process of degumming crude vegetable oils and other oils related processes.

Licensor shall provide to Licensee, at the rates and compensation (per man day) specified in this Agreement hereto, any consultation, technical assistance and support services that Licensee may reasonably request from time to time, whether by telephone, in written communications, or in person, in (a) installing, operating or troubleshooting for any Reactor Skid Unit, (b) testing, startup or maintenance of any Unit or any problems associated therewith, and (c) providing training to Licensee and/or any Site User (or any of their respective employees, contractors and representatives).

Field of Use
Belgian Licensee, together with its Affiliates, is a professional engineering firm engaged in the design and construction of vegetable oil extraction, production and refining facilities for third parties and has requested a license for the limited purpose of (1) marketing Green D Plus Nano Cavitation Reactor Skid Units anywhere in the World, except within the territory of Japan; and (2) incorporating the System into Licensee’s process design package for Vegetable Oil Processing Facilities; and (3) integrating Reactor Skid Units supplied by Licensor into Vegetable Oil Processing Facilities designed and/or supplied, and/or constructed by Licensee.

During the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to use Licensor’s name, marks and logos in materials prepared or used by Licensee to advertise, promote or market the System or any Reactor Skid Unit under and within the scope of the rights and license granted to Licensee under this Agreement.  During the term of this Agreement, Licensor shall be entitled to use Licensee’s name, marks and logos in materials prepared or used by Licensor to advertise, promote or market the System, Reactor Skid Units.

The Licensor designs and engineers environmentally friendly NANO technology based systems. These systems have potential commercial applications in markets such as vegetable oil refining, renewable fuels, water purification, alcoholic beverage enhancement, algae oil extraction, water-oil emulsions and crude oil yield enhancement.

The Green D+ Plus NANO Refining System uses a patented NANO Refining Technology that is designed to be used in the vegetable oil refining process to process crude or de-gummed vegetable oils such as soybean, rapeseed, and canola into high quality de-gummed oils at lower costs.

The purpose of this contract is to explore the Contract Area and develop such nationally-owned Hydrocarbons as may be found therein between the Canadian Licensee and the Columbia Licensor.

Our Green Waste to Energy pyrolysis processor, or GWE, is a promising development project to process solid hydrocarbon-based waste and produces a multi-use fuel in the form of a combustible gas. The by-products we obtain through our GWE process may then be sold commercially. We believe that, because this process runs on its own by-products, there are no emissions and, therefore, no residue from combustion. In addition, the GWE is modular in its design and can handle a number of different waste streams simultaneously.

Licensee is a technology development company which for the past twelve months has been developing a pyrolytic carbon extraction 'PCE' technology for which there are now two patents pending and that the inventor of such devices has suffered a nervous breakdown making his continued involvement impossible. That the Licensee successfully demonstrated the PCE technology to include a 5 to 10-ton per day prototype PCE device and that the nervous breakdown of the inventor has mandated the Company complete the development of the PCE technology separate and apart from such patents pending.
