For the term Licensee agrees that it, Licensee and Licensee shall be jointly and severally liable to pay Licensor a running royalty on any amount of any kind received by them for sales of activated carbon anywhere in the world that is manufactured, produced, or treated at  the existing activated carbon manufacturing facility located in Coushatta, Louisiana consisting of four contiguous multi-hearth furnaces and the related equipment or any manufacturing facility or plant owned, operated, or controlled, or substantially owned, operated or controlled, directly or indirectly, by Respondents, whether existing now or in the future, in which expansion, facilities or plants any of the Licensor Trade Secrets are being used in any material respect.
