On October 22, 2008, the Company completed the purchase of Patent No. 6,306,248 pursuant to a Patent Purchase Agreement with WWT.  The Company is now a licensor to Licensee for this Patent.  Licensee is the exclusive licensee of the PSC technology (but not the Biomass Recovery Process) and has the right to sublicense the PSC technology to any party.  The Patent is the basis for a pressurized steam classification technology from which our Biomass Recovery Process was developed. The sub-License Agreement between Licensee and Licensor covers technology relating to the volume reduction, separation, recovery, treatment, recycling and utilization of various components of waste materials. License Grant
The Licensee entered into an exclusive License with the Licensor to use their technology (Patent No. 5,411,594) to convert cellulosic biomass into fuel grade ethanol in the United States.  This Agreement was amended in November 2005 to extend the initial evaluation period for the technology.
License Property
