License Grant
The Company and its subsidiary grant to Licensee an exclusive license to use the intellectual property related to the flameless and no-tar cigarette, and appoint Licensee as their exclusive agent and distributor to market the flameless and no-tar cigarette manufactured by the Company and subsidiary in the world, excluding Mainland China.
