License Grant
We signed a purchase agreement (the Sound Reduction Purchase Agreement) for the plasma sound reduction technology with an unaffiliated company. U.S. Patent No. 5,966,452 for Sound Reduction Method and System for Jet Plasma Sound Reduction Technology.
License Property
This technology employs techniques to modulate the plasma in jet engines to reduce noise emissions. Jet engine noise emissions are highly regulated and airlines and engine manufacturers incur significant costs to meet increasingly stringent regulations. Although our basic technology concept has been tested in laboratory tests using hot plasma-type flames, our goal is to validate this technology on reduced scale jet engines and thereafter develop and license the technology for use in reducing the noise emissions of jet engines.

License Grant
The Licensor announced that they signed an agreement with Licensee to grant an exclusive license for the Rand Camâ„¢ based motors for 10 H.P. or less for the SBIR No 1-144 Navy Contract for the remote piloted applications.
License Property
The Intellectual property includes U.S. patent Nos. 4,401,070, 5,429,084, 5,551,853 and 5,509,793.
The proposed engine is a four stroke Rand Camâ„¢ engine utilizing continuous injection and combustion in a single combustion chamber. The engine will be of all ceramic construction to permit high temperature operation, without cooling, to effectively burn heavy oil. This new motor will be developed for powering the U.S. Navy's new Smart War-fighter Array of Re-configurable Modules (SWARM) low cost unmanned aerial vehicle.
Field of Use
We agreed that a five year contract will also be granted to Licensee for the Rand Camâ„¢ concept motors for the commercial and military rights for the applications developed under the Navy contract for 10 H.P or less.

License Grant
Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a limited, nontransferable, exclusive license under the Licensed Patents to use the Detonation Engine Technology, including the Alpha Engines Technical Information, solely for manufacture of, marketing and sales of heavy duty highway truck engines with power ranges from 300 to 1,000 horsepower for use as engines for heavy duty highway trucks (Field of Use).
Licensor also grants Licensee a limited exclusive right to use, and Licensee undertakes to use, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the trademark 'Alpha Truck Engines' in the manufacture and sale of its heavy-duty truck engines in the Field of Use.
License Property
Licensor owns rights to a new gas turbine engine system including an ignition system and component parts (called Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine Engine or Detonation Engine) that uses cyclic detonations, provided by a process called 'electromagnetic isothermal combustion' (EIC), for complete combustion of any fuel. The Detonation Engine may be designed and manufactured in many sizes and configurations that enable it to produce the desired horsepower and meet the design, weight and other special requirements for various discrete applications. Alpha Engines is in the business of licensing use of its technology for the Detonation Engine for many different applications.
Use of the Detonation Engine requires practice of Alpha Engines' (i) U. S. Patent No. 6,000,214 issued December 14, 1999.
Field of Use
We will have access to any new patent filings on the highway truck engines as provided for in our licensing Agreement.
The Licensee intends to supply fuel efficient, lower emission engine to a marketplace that must comply with more stringent governmental regulations.
IPSCIO Record ID: 26433
License Grant
The Licensee entered into an agreement with its President that involved patents to proprietary technology for a device known as the Natural Resources Fuel Reformer (Cracker) , which claims to reduce harmful emissions from internal combustion engines.
License Property
The Cracker, which has been represented to the Company as a device that when added to an internal combustion engine, will save fuel and add longevity to the car's engine.
Field of Use
The rights granted apply to the emissions market relating to engines.
