The proposed engine is a four stroke Rand Camâ„¢ engine utilizing continuous injection and combustion in a single combustion chamber. The engine will be of all ceramic construction to permit high temperature operation, without cooling, to effectively burn heavy oil. This new motor will be developed for powering the U.S. Navy's new Smart War-fighter Array of Re-configurable Modules (SWARM) low cost unmanned aerial vehicle.

Licensor also grants Licensee a limited exclusive right to use, and Licensee undertakes to use, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the trademark 'Alpha Truck Engines' in the manufacture and sale of its heavy-duty truck engines in the Field of Use.

Technology #1 is a continuous water injection technique for engines in the automotive, rail transportation and power generation industries (trucks, cars, buses, trains, power plants) excluding the marine industry. Technology #2 (Marine Technology) is the application of the technology to marine engines, installed on ferries, boats, merchant vessels and other marine transportation sources. Technology reduces emmissions and increases efficiency. The royalty is being paid only on technology #1.
