For the License to Sublicensed Patent Rights and Sublicensed Technology Rights, the Co-Licensor grants Licensee a worldwide, exclusive sublicense in the Field of Interest to the Sublicensed Patent Rights, and the Sublicensed Technology Rights, with rights to develop, make and have made, use, sell, market, import, distribute and otherwise commercially exploit Licensed Products.
