“Cannabis Application†means the use of the Licensor Technology to achieve a specific result when processing only “Cannabis Materialsâ€.
“ShockWave Power Reactor/Xtractor (SPRâ„¢â€) means HDI’s proprietary device that embodies the HDI Technology in performing multiple heating, mixing and extraction functions.
“ShockWave Power Reactor/Xtractor (SPRâ„¢â€) means HDI’s proprietary device that embodies the HDI Technology in performing multiple heating, mixing and extraction functions.
“Standalone SPR†means an SPR mounted on a skid containing no other equipment other than that necessary to run the SPR.
