Hong Kong Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, world wide license to use Licensor technology (and any Party A technology licensed by Licesor) associated with IP telephony, solely for the purpose of assuring that Licensor IP telephony products properly operate with Licensee products with a clause stating a royalty payment due as a result of termination for cause.

License Grant
