License Grant
The Licensor entered into a Business and Royalty Agreement with the Licensee for various rights to the extent such rights are currently held or hereafter held by the Licensor, for the use, practice, and improving of a technology for the conversion of waste materials containing hydrocarbons into diesel oil.
