License Grant
Licensor of Korea hereby grants Chinese Licensee the following rights under this Agreement; a. A non-exclusive right to assemble and manufacture Licensed Product in China; and b. A non-exclusive right to sell Licensed Product in China.
License Property
Licensor has been engaged for many years in manufacturing steering columns & universal joints assembly for automobiles and selling them in Korea and in overseas market and has developed technology and possesses technical information concerning the design, development, manufacturing and sales of Licensed Product.

Licensed Product shall mean Lower Tilt and Collapsible Steering Column & Universal Joint Assembly manufactured by Licensee by using of technical information and assistance provided by Licensor to be installed in automobile model Zhonghua manufactured by Shenyang Brilliance Automobile Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as Client) in China.
Additional Licensed Product means the similar type of Lower Tilt and Collapsible Steering Column and Universal Joint Assembly to be installed in automobiles other than Zhonghua by modifying certain part(s) of Licensed Product. Licensee shall request in writing to add Additional Licensed Product to be covered in Article I, Item 1. and Licensor agrees to provide necessary technical assistance to develop Additional Licensed Product subject to Licensor approval of Licensee request for Additional Licensed Product.

The Chinese Licensee paid the Licensor, a Korean manufacturer of steering assemblies for automobiles, an initial payment and is further obligated to pay a royalty on the sales price of products sold, which includes the Licensed columns and universal joint technology.

Field of Use
The rights granted apply to the Licensed Product use in automobile model Zhonghua and a modified Licensed Product for automobiles other than Zhonghua.

License Grant

The Company's constant velocity joint is designed to be interchangeable in over 40 existing car models.  It is notably lighter, less costly to manufacture, and potentially more durable than the constant velocity joints presently being used in all front-wheel drive vehicles.

Patents protect important inventions in five different areas of automotive technology steering drive for tracked vehicles; infinitely-variable transmission; hydraulic pump and motor; constant velocity joint and spherical gearing.

Field of Use
