License Grant
The Company’s subsidiary in France, received an exclusive license from Licensor, its current President, and chairman to manufacture licensed products, in both France and in a country of its choice.
License Property
The Licensed Process is a water treatment system.  First, the water is filtered through a standard preliminary filter calibrated to 5 microns, for elimination of large impurities.  Second, the water undergoes treatment by Ultra Violet light located in a stainless steel chamber also equipped with a quartz tube. The 25 Watt U.V. Philips lamp destroys a large amount of bacteria.  This is a well-established germicidal process.  The more bacteria eliminated by the U.V. lamp, the longer the useful life of the licensed cartridge.  Third, the water passes through an anti-limestone module which prevents the deposit of limestone without eliminating calcium or magnesium, two (2) essential minerals. Last, the water is brought into contact with the licensed cartridge by a regulator.  By virtue of its active carbon compound, the cartridge eliminates heavy metals, chlorine and the bad tastes and odors present in the water.

License Grant
The licensor conceded to the licensee, who accepts, a licence to exploit the French patent application No. 00 07642, and the international patent application PCT/FR01/01817 plus any patents that may be derived from them.
License Property
This patent involves a “purification process of sewage effluents'.  The patent was registered in France on June 15, 2000 and applies to a purification process for sewage effluents which process is incorporated into the clarification stage of the Licensee water treatment process.  The first stage of water treatment in the water treatment process is the process of clarification. This clarification process incorporates two patented processes. The first process is a physiochemical treatment based on the principle of reversed mud layer. After pumping the water effluent that is to be treated, a re-agent is injected into the water which allows elements present in the effluent to coagulate and flocculate. This process creates a mud layer which remains inside a cone within the water treatment apparatus. This mud layer serves as a filter which allows for more important purification of water. The mud is then recovered from the cone and is pumped intermittently within the apparatus. When the water leaves the mud layer it is clarified and then goes into a filtering mass.

License Grant
The Company has an exclusive license from the University to commercialize its iodinated resin processes, Pentapure(R) and other technologies, when applied in the Company's purification products, devitalize bacteria and viruses, remove protozoa and reduce other.
License Property
Pentapure® is a patented a unique iodine-based technology for the purification of drinking water.  Iodine, in its natural state, exists as an I(2) molecule.  Such I(2) iodine would be consistent with that found in an iodine tablet commonly used by campers, travelers and the military.  The original technology was based on the process of creating an I(3) (tri-iodide) molecule and then bonding it to an anion exchange resin bead.  When tested by running bacteria contaminated water through a bed of this resin, it was shown to be approximately 1,000 times more effective at killing water-borne bacteria instantly than iodine found in an iodine tablet.  This tri-iodide resin was not particularly effective, however, at killing viruses and parasites found in certain water targeted contaminants in drinking water.  Such systems are capable of making virtually any source water microbiologically fit to drink and better tasting.

The Water Conversion Technology is based on a method of 7 steps consisting of
(1) removal of dirt, sludge and other un-dissolved solids to less than one micron particle size,
(2) ozone is injected into the water to kill the bacteria and viruses and to coagulate the solids,
(3) water then goes through a carbon filtration system, whereby all the pesticides, herbicides, chlorine and other organic chemicals ( carcinogenic) are removed,
(4) water is subjected to UV lighting, enabling all pollutants to be destroyed,
(5) water then passes through a reverse osmosis system, enabling all chlorine and sodium and over 98% of all total dissolved solids (TDS) to be removed.
(6) water is processed through the Water Conversion Technology, where the water is pH balanced to a 8.3 state, without the addition of any substances,
(7) water is processed through the Water Conversion Technology, and oxygen molecules are bonded with the water molecules, making the water oxygen enriched for long periods of time.
Field of Use
The Licensee is obligated to establish water bottling operations by December 31, 2013.  In the event that the Licensee has not established operations by this date, the Licensor has a right to void the Agreement.

The final product produced will be water that is in a pH balanced state ( 8.3 pH ), oxygen enriched, bacteria free, fluoride free, chlorine free, and sodium free with less than 2 parts per million (ppm) of total dissolved solids.

The water will be piped into sterilized non-leaching plastic and capped with sterile caps.
