Source Code means software which is coded in human readable form, and related system level documentation, including comments and procedural code.
Enhancement means any standard revision, Defect correction, Upgrade, update or maintenance release of Award Software, developed by Licensee, including requests by End Users for additional functionality or feature sets to the Award Software.
