License Property
Products shall mean all FLC (Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal) micro-display glass-on-silicon and glass-on-glass devices which are based on or incorporate or include Licensor Intellectual Property and all other products, if such products and devices are agreed to be incorporated into this Agreement by the parties, manufactured by or for Licensee for or on behalf of Licensor, from time to time. The Agreement shall not apply to any products or devices that are not manufactured by or for Licensee.
Field of Use
The Licensor designs, develops and markets microdisplays used today primarily as electronic viewfinders in digital still cameras and video camcorders. Microdisplays are an emerging display technology based on very small display panels that are magnified or projected through the use of optics. The microdisplays use the Licensor's proprietary ferroelectric liquid crystal on silicon, or FLCOS, technology, which offers an image quality in the viewfinder of digital still cameras and video camcorders that is superior to other available electronic viewfinders. The Licensor's viewfinders also have several advantages over standard optical viewfinders, including the ability to properly frame images on the viewfinder of a camera with high optical zoom. Additionally, the microdisplays incorporate proprietary controller and interface features that provide our customers with a highly integrated microdisplay solution that is small in size, low in cost, low in voltage and shortens their product design times. Many of the leading digital still camera and video camcorder brands, including Concord Camera, Hewlett-Packard, JVC, Kyocera, Minolta and Sony, use or have used the Licensor's microdisplays in their electronic viewfinders.

The Ionic Bulb combines the performance features of ionic air cleaning technology with those of a 10,000 hour reduced energy use compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL). The Ionic Bulb  contains an air purifying microchip ion emitter that is powered by the bulb's own energy. The Ionic Bulb is designed for use in any U.S. home which we believe will not require any special modifications. When illuminated the Ionic Bulb via silent emission of negative ions helps to eliminate smoke, dust, pollen, pet dander and odors from the air within a surrounding 100 square foot area.

Industry testing shows CFL bulbs, such as the Ionic Bulb use approximately 1/3 less energy than ordinary incandescent light bulbs. CFL bulbs can be used nearly anywhere that ordinary incandescent lights are used, including recessed fixtures, table lamps, track lighting, ceiling fixtures and porch lights.

Field of Use
The Ionic Bulb is designed for consumer use. We believe the Ionic Bulb product to be a less expensive and space saving alternative to air purifiers.

Under the terms of the License Agreement, the Licensee is required to order 100,000 units of Ionic Bulbs within 90 days of execution and 600,000 units each fiscal quarter thereafter.
