License Grant
Licensee hereby grants, and, as applicable, shall cause its Affiliates to grant, to Licensor a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license, including the right to sublicense, to Use Licensee's and its Affiliates' rights in the Retained IP solely within the Automotive Products Field.
