For clarity, any ClotTriever product that is not covered by any of clause (a), (b) or (c) above is not a Licensed Product.

ClotTriever product is FDA-cleared for the removal of clot from peripheral blood vessels and is used to treat patients suffering from deep vein thrombosis, or DVT.
