License Grant
The Company Licensed from the University the right to develop and sell products using certain thermoplastic elastomer technologies (the rights).
License Property
The Company has access to proprietary technology to manufacture thermoplastic elastomers which forms strong and resilient interfacial bridges between vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic resins. This technology will enable the production of new thermoplastic elastomer materials from recycled thermosets and plastic resins that overcome existing problems of poor strength and performance.
Field of Use
The rights granted apply to thermoplastic elastomer technologies.

IPSCIO Record ID: 2867

License Grant
Licensee entered into an agreement with the Licensor, a University, relating to Licensor's technology for the manufacture of a biodegradable plastic made with protein and starch.
Field of Use
The rights granted apply to the degradable and recycled industry.

IPSCIO Record ID: 29128

License Grant
The Licensor granted and the Licensee accepts an Exclusive License within the territory of United States, Canada and China,  to make and have made, to use, sell, offer to sell, and import Licensed Products and products made with the use of Licensed Processes and to use Licensed Processes during the Term of this Agreement. The Licensee shall have the right to subLicense for use any or all of the rights and privileges granted. The Licensor retains rights, within the territory, to make and to use and to grant non-exclusive Licenses to make and to use for research purposes only and to publish on the subject matter described in Patent Rights, Technology and Know How.
License Property
The Agreement provides the Licensee with an array of technologies that could potentially revolutionize the rubber recycling industry here in the U.S., as well as, other territories protected under the Agreement.

Patent involves the techniques to produce thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resembling Elastomeric Alloys EA production through the use of old and waste rubber powder using a dynamically stabilized melt-mix process.

IPSCIO Record ID: 3360

License Grant
Licensor, our wholly-owned subsidiary, hereby grants to Licensee, a worldwide, non-exclusive License to certain technology and Patent Rights, solely to the extent necessary to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, export and import products for the Business Purpose.
License Property
The technology licensed has something to do with an additive and the process used to modify polybutylene succinate (PBS).

PBS is used to make high performance biodegradable plastic.

The licensor's modified PBS plastic is reported to have better performance than other biodegradable polymers, with heat resistance above 100 degrees C, excellent strength properties and the ability to be processed in existing production equipment.

Field of Use
PBS/PLA or mPBS, resins grades are initially designed for food service applications.

IPSCIO Record ID: 5856

License Grant
The Company Licensed the License to develop and sell products using certain technologies in the field of surface modification of polymer and polymer-like substances (the rights).
License Property
Vistamer® RW Rubber is a cryogenically ground particulate rubber that has been surface-activated by a patented reactive gas process. Products benefiting from the addition of Vistamer® Rubber particles include urethane foam, cast wheels and rollers, non-pneumatic tires, coatings, linings, adhesives, shoe soles, etc.

Vistamer® Rubber is cryogenically ground particulate rubber that has been surface activated by a patented reactive gas process. Surface activation makes the particles easy to disperse, and creates superior adhesion between the particles and the surrounding polymer. The process chemically alters rubber particles to create reactive functional groups on the surface of the material. These reactive functional groups react with a broad spectrum of rubber and plastic materials to form tenacious adhesion with the polymers with which they are combined. Vistamer Rubber particles chemically bond to various materials to create strong compositions with desirable properties.

IPSCIO Record ID: 29296

License Grant
The Licensee entered into an agreement with the Licensor, to further develop the Company’s Version resin technology for the pultrusion (process of pulling these raw materials, rather than pushing as is the case in extrusion, through a forming die using a continuous pulling device) and filament winding composite markets.

The Company develops Version F and Version S resin systems, two products designed for flame retardancy and processing speed applications.

IPSCIO Record ID: 3103

License Grant
The Company entered into a license agreement with an officer and principal shareholder of the Company to acquire exclusive rights to the Enviroplastic Design Blend.
License Property
Technology refers to degradable and recycled polymer materials.

EnviroPlastic(R)H — a hydrodegradable (water soluble or dispersible) polymer blend.
EnviroPlastic(R) C — a compostable water-repellent polymer blend.
EnviroPlastic(R) Z — a biodegradable and compostable polymer.

Field of Use
EnviroPlastic(R) can be used to produce film and injection molded parts that serve as environmentally-compatible alternatives to conventional plastics.

The Company is a specialty chemical Company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets degradable and recycled polymer materials.
