On October 22, 2008, the Company completed the purchase of Patent No. 6,306,248 pursuant to a Patent Purchase Agreement with WWT.  The Company is now a licensor to Licensee for this Patent.  Licensee is the exclusive licensee of the PSC technology (but not the Biomass Recovery Process) and has the right to sublicense the PSC technology to any party.  The Patent is the basis for a pressurized steam classification technology from which our Biomass Recovery Process was developed. The TRTM recycling  technology involves shredding the feed waste using conventional equipment.  The Titan technology utilizes pyrolysis to recycle tires and other scrap material.

The TRTM process is a closed system and the only emissions are exhaust gases from clean-burning fuels (most of which are generated by the process itself) and a small amount of dirt and ash which is environmentally suitable for normal landfill.
