The assignment agreement further includes applicable technology and proprietary signal processing techniques resulting from specific research into the detection of reflected signals from explosive threats via the use of artificial electromagnetic (EM) field and/or electrostatic (ES) field illumination and stimulation, including USPTO application number 81/331,696 and any subsequent patent applications that may be filed thereon.
