License Grant
The license is for additional IP related to certain waste destruction technology (Emission Treatment Technology).
License Property
The new IP shall include 1) all filed or to-be-filed patents, patents pending, and any applications therefore, copyrights, trademarks, and trade names, 2) any agreements, licenses, proposed licenses, memoranda of understanding, and letters of intent arising out of or related to the New Technologies, 3) all business plans, customer lists, market surveys, trade secrets and other proprietary information of Seller arising out of or related to the New Technologies, 4) test and technical data, research materials, records, blue-prints, drawings, specifications, diagrams, programs, software or other computer records, and other materials arising out of or related to the New Technologies.
Field of Use
The licensed Technology entails a cold plasma oxidation process that allows for the destruction of hazardous, chemical and biological waste via a non-thermal, non-pyrolitic process that can be operated as a stand-alone system or in conjunction with an existing thermal treatment pre-treatment process. The waste is converted using by injecting waste into a stream of free radicals that break the waste apart.  The high kinetic energy induced in the field creates numerous ionized, excited and dissociated species with varying levels of chemical activity.  These species create the perfect environment for plasma chemical reactors, with the ability to convert carbonaceous materials and steam to inert gasses. Rather than using brute force thermal methods (incineration or hot plasmas) to destroy waste, the Technology utilizes very low current but high voltage fields working on a molecule’s internal dipole to break up molecules into fragments of their constituent molecules. Once the low temperature plasma is created, the exothermic system is thermally managed in order to convert the ions, atoms, molecular fragments and plasma to a carefully controlled series of products (carbon dioxide and water). The Technology includes any mechanical delivery or form of the process, including, but not limited to, batch, continuous feed, or any related process.

IPSCIO Record ID: 7423

License Property
The certain technology is relating to cold plasma oxidation and all the Intellectual Property arising out of or related to the technology.

CoronaLux System or Technology means the combination of pyrolytic and plasma unit as described in US Patent (and/or Provisional) Application 61/648377, and all subsequent additions, improvements, CIP’s and other affiliated patents.

Field of Use
This process involves gasification of the solid waste and then a cold plasma oxidation process that makes possible the destruction of hazardous chemical and biological waste via a low temperature and low oxygen pyrolytic process. The patent application is currently under review by the US Patent Office.

The term cold plasma refers to a low energy ionized gas that is generated by electrical discharges between two electrodes.

IPSCIO Record ID: 215768

License Property
The technology, CoronaLuxâ„¢, is designed and intended for the “clean” destruction of hazardous chemical and biological waste (i.e., hospital “red bag” waste) thereby eliminating the need for costly segregation, transportation, incineration or landfill.  The waste destruction technology is developed using a pyrolytic heating process combined with “non-thermal plasma” assisted oxidation. This technique involves gasification of solid waste by heating the waste in a low-oxygen environment, followed by complete oxidation at higher temperatures in the presence of plasma. The term “non-thermal plasma” refers to a low energy ionized gas that is generated by electrical discharges between two electrodes.

This process involves gasification of the solid waste and then a cold plasma oxidation process that makes possible the destruction of hazardous chemical and biological waste via a low temperature and low oxygen pyrolytic process. The patent application is currently under review by the US Patent Office.

License Grant
Licensor hold an exclusive worldwide license to certain pyrolytic carbon extraction technology, which is a technology used to convert solid hydrocarbon-based waste into a multi-use fuel in the form of a combustible gas while significantly reducing the waste volume.

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee the exclusive world-wide right and license to use, commercialize, and exploit the PCE and/or GWE Technology, including the right to sublicense.

License Property
Licensor is the possessor of rights and information related to PCE and other pyrolosys and carbon processing devices and other processes or systems, including, but not limited to, patent applications, inventions, inventive concepts, improvements, modifications, trade secrets, and/or know-how related to pyrolosys devices, processes or systems all of the aforesaid being hereinafter jointly referred to as the 'PCE and/or GWE Technology'.

Pyrolytic Carbon Extraction, or 'PCE' is a  liquid and solid waste treatment processes, respectively, that produce combustible gases.  Pyrolytic carbon extraction technology, which is a technology used to convert solid hydrocarbon-based waste into a multi-use fuel in the form of a combustible gas while significantly reducing the waste volume.

Our Green Waste to Energy pyrolysis processor, or GWE, is a promising development project to process solid hydrocarbon-based waste and produces a multi-use fuel in the form of a combustible gas. The by-products we obtain through our GWE process may then be sold commercially. We believe that, because this process runs on its own by-products, there are no emissions and, therefore, no residue from combustion. In addition, the GWE is modular in its design and can handle a number of different waste streams simultaneously.

Field of Use
Licensee is a technology development company which for the past twelve months has been developing a pyrolytic carbon extraction 'PCE' technology for which there are now two patents pending and that the inventor of such devices has suffered a nervous breakdown making his continued involvement impossible. License Grant
Licensor hereby grants to the Korean Licensee the Exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Licensor' s Technology in the Territory for the Applications and more particularly with regard to the Patents and Know-How for the sale, operation and use of KDS Micronizing Machines for a period of fifteen years from the date of signing this Agreement subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. The Company owns a patented kinetic disintegration system (KDS).
License Property
The KDS is a machine that utilizes kinetic energy and standing sound waves to disintegrate various materials such as wood waste, animal waste, mineral rock, rubber, glass, and other industrial minerals into a dry, fine, talcum-like powder.
Field of Use
The goal of the Company is to develop commercially viable industrial applications for the KDS, then market, manufacture, and sell, lease and/or license the KDS. The Company's research and testing to date indicates that the best use for the equipment is found in converting biomass (wood waste) to a fine, dry combustible fuel that can be incinerated in specialized burners to create BTUs (heat energy), which, in turn can be converted to electrical power through conventional means. For the biomass, the critical value of the process is its ability to act as an industrial dryer which can extract water from wood at below boiling temperature, and at a significantly lower cost than through conventional methods.

The Company is also experimenting with pulp sludge, and believes that significant potential exists in converting waste pulp sludge to dry powder, then to energy which could be recycled back to significantly reduce energy costs, disposal costs, and environmental problems.
