License Grant
The Italian LICENSOR hereby grants to LICENSEE during the term of this Agreement an exclusive license to use the Technical Information for the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of the Products in the Territory, and to use the Trademarks in connection with the said Products in the Territory, strictly in accordance with this Agreement (hereinafter collectively called the 'license').

License Grant
Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive worldwide license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, modify, have modified, lease or otherwise dispose of products incorporating the Intellectual Property or any part thereof, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
