We entered into a non-exclusive, worldwide license agreement with Licensor, an individual,  for U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 60/006,385 and U.S. Utility Patent Application No. 08/746,207 (U.S. Patent No. 6,248,788) directed to methods of treating neuropathic pain using capsaicin anesthetic, and all applications and patents relating thereto.
