License Grant
The Licensee amended Technology Agreements with the Japanese Licensors to enable the Licensee to sell in the Territory coated substrates or certain catalytic materials utilizing the technology; coated substrates and certain catalytic materials utilizing solely new technology developed by the Licensee after we sold the prior technology, as well as licenses of such technology related to catalysts for heavy-duty commercial vehicles and applications and light duty vehicles; products used in vehicles without a royalty, provided that the ultimate user of the vehicle which contains the product purchases the vehicle outside the Territory;  limited quantities of coated substrates or certain catalytic materials sold for the purpose of customer testing, evaluation and approval without a royalty; and limited quantities of coated substrates sold during an extended period of time after mass production ends for a specified vehicle model year program without a royalty.

The parties have a long-standing relationship surrounding emission control catalysts for vehicles, including, for example, two- and four-wheeled vehicles, automobiles, vans, mini-vans, sport utility vehicles, buses, trucks, delivery vans and marine vehicles. The parties intend to continue technical and commercial collaboration in an effort to take advantage of commercial opportunities in Asian countries.
The Licensee can sell, market or otherwise commercialize any technology and products in the Territory.

License Property
“Coated Substrate” shall mean a product comprised of a Raw Substrate, platinum group metals (PGM), and a coating developed and applied by or for and on behalf of CDTi.
Field of Use
With respect to products used in vehicles, the product shall be deemed to be sold in the Territory only if the ultimate user of the vehicle which contains the product purchases the vehicle in the Territory. Sales of such products deemed to be sold outside of the Territory under this principle shall be permitted without royalty.

The Licensee is a manufacturer of emissions control solutions for the automotive original equipment manufacturer, retrofit and aftermarket markets and becoming a materials technology provider for these markets and commercialize our materials technology by manufacturing and distributing light duty vehicle catalysts and heavy duty diesel emissions control systems and products to major automakers, distributors, integrators and retrofitters.

IPSCIO Record ID: 26070

License Grant
The Licensor grants an exclusive license to market, sell and distribute the Manufactured Product in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The Licensor also grants certain manufacturing rights.
License Property
'NRFR' means Natural Resource Fuel Reformer technology owned by Licensor and all current and future applications, modifications and enhancements thereto. The NRFR, as it pertains to this Agreement, is for application to automobiles, SUV's, light trucks, marine and recreational vehicles powered by gasoline internal combustion engines.

'Licensor Patents' means any and all U.S. and/or foreign patents, continuations, divisions, provisional patent applications which cover in whole or in part the NRFR Licensed Technology

The licensed technology is the Natural Resource Fuel Reformer (NRFR) technology owned by Licensor and all current and future applications, modifications and enhancements thereto.  It is a simple system that, when attached to an internal combustion engine, dramatically reduces harmful exhaust emissions and pollutants, while also increasing the efficiency of the engine performance and design.  At its most basic level, the NRFR breaks down the structure of hydrocarbon fuels, together with their associated impurities, and produces a usable fuel which can then be burned with little or no pollutants.

Field of Use
The NRFR, as it pertains to this Agreement, is for application to automobiles, SUV's, light trucks, marine and recreational vehicles powered by gasoline internal combustion engines.

IPSCIO Record ID: 4322

License Grant
The Licensor granted a License to the Licensee permitting the Licensee to use any technology owned by the Licensor in renewable fuels applications.
License Property
The Licensor acquired a number of patents and pending patent applications, including U.S. patent application numbered 13/057,596 and related intellectual properties involving methods and devices for increasing liquid fuel combustion efficiency by burning fuel more completely. Testing of the Technology completed to date with early-stage prototypes plugged into a gasoline engine has demonstrated an average increase in fuel economy of over 30%. At the same time, the concentration of un-burnt hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide in the combustion exhaust decreased by about 56% and 38%, respectively.

IPSCIO Record ID: 145843

License Grant
The Licensee acquired the U.S. and world-wide rights (except Canada) to an Air/Vapour  Flow  System  'AVFS' from the Licensor, an individual.
License Property
The invention eliminates unburned liquid fuel in exhaust of an engine.

The principal objective of the invention is to provide a process for operating a gasoline or like fuel engine to eliminate unburned liquid fuel in its exhaust therefore greatly reducing the harmful carbon monoxide emissions that pollute the atmosphere.  Another objective of this invention is to increase fuel economy by the efficient method of burning vaporized gas.

Field of Use
The Licensee is a development stage company engaged in the business of developing and  commercially exploiting an improved engines.
