Under the Maize High Agreement, the Company, a subsidiary, granted to Parent a royalty-bearing license to use and sublicense the Companys intellectual property and inbreds to the extent necessary to make, have made, use, sublicense and sell high oil inbreds and hybrids.

License Grant

In this license agreement for NFGA002, Licensor, a not-for-profit foundation, grants an exclusive sublicense to
– Access to Breeder Seed, whether produced by either party; and
